Privacy Policy
This policy explains what CreatorsHub collects when you use the site, why we hold it, who else can see it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
1 Who we are
CreatorsHub operates creators-hub.in and the subscription platform behind it. We are the controller of the personal data described below.
For anything in this policy you can reach us at [email protected].
2 What we collect
When you create an account and use the service we store:
- Account details: your name, username, email address and a hashed copy of your password. We never store your password in readable form.
- Contact details: your mobile number, when you verify it with a one-time code.
- Profile details: your avatar image, if you upload one.
- Technical details: your IP address and the time you were last seen, used to secure the account.
- Access credentials: the API key and service tokens the platform issues to you.
- Billing records: which plan you bought, the price, any coupon used, the payment method and the expiry date.
- Support records: the subject, description and any link you send with a helpdesk ticket, plus our replies.
- Preferences: settings you choose, such as whether adult content is shown.
We do not store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are completed on the payment provider's own systems.
3 Why we hold it
Each piece of data has a purpose:
- To give you the account and the services in your plan, and to keep track of when the plan expires.
- To verify it is really you, using one-time codes sent by SMS or WhatsApp.
- To answer your support tickets.
- To send you service messages, such as a reminder before your plan expires or a notification when we reply to a ticket.
- To detect and prevent abuse, credential sharing and fraud.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
4 Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.
We do pass the minimum necessary to the providers that make the service work:
- Our SMS and WhatsApp gateways receive your mobile number and the one-time code, so they can deliver it.
- Our email provider receives your email address and the message content.
- Our payment providers receive what they need to take the payment.
- Our hosting and database providers store the data on our behalf.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
5 Third-party services in your plan
Plans give you access to tools operated by other companies. When you open one of those tools you are subject to that company's own privacy policy, which we do not control.
We do not pass your CreatorsHub account details to those companies as part of giving you access.
6 Cookies and sessions
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in as you move between pages. It is required for the site to work and is removed when you sign out.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
7 How long we keep it
Account and profile data is kept while your account is open.
Billing records are kept after a plan ends, because we need them for accounting and to show you your purchase history.
Support tickets are kept so we have the context of past conversations.
When you ask us to close your account we delete or anonymise your data, except where we are required to keep records.
8 How we protect it
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Connections to the site are encrypted in transit, and access to the database is restricted to the systems that need it.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affects your data, we will tell you and take the steps the law requires.
9 Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong - much of it you can edit yourself on the Profile page.
- Delete your account and the data attached to it.
- Stop sending you non-essential messages.
Email [email protected] and we will respond. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
10 Children
The service is not intended for anyone under 18, and some content is restricted to adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The version on this page is always the current one, and the "last updated" date tells you when it last changed.
For significant changes we will give notice through the site or by email.
